The web server access logs are processed every night at 00:26. Raw IP addresses are never written to disk; only counts aggregated at country, city and network level are kept.

No smoothing

Distributions cover a single day. Nothing is averaged, no window is applied, outliers are not suppressed. If one person downloaded the same file a hundred times, that shows as a hundred requests.

Privacy thresholds

In the country table, shares below 5 unique addresses or under 0.5%% of the total are grouped under Other. For city and network lists the threshold is 20 unique addresses — the aim is not to expose a single user or organisation. These thresholds affect the lists only; no traffic is removed from the totals.

Location data

Country, city and network mapping uses the MaxMind GeoLite2 databases (maxmind.com). City names come from GeoNames, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
